• Email Addresses:

  Pointing a zigweid.net address to an already existing email address has distinct advantages. Not only does it allow an easier to remember email address, but if your email address is changed, the zigweid.net address can be modified to point at the new email address for continued use, as if it had never chagned at all. This is not providing the actual mailbox where the email is stored, but a pointer to an already existing mailbox that you maintain.

• DNS:

  A [hostname].zigweid.net name can be provded, where [hostname] is to be replaced with something else. For example, 'geneology' could be used if someone wished to create the 'geneology.zigweid.net' website. This service requires that you have a static IP address already allocated to you.
